What Price Includes ?
Price includes all taxes, Full Insurance, Unlimited Km, 24h Road Assistant, Free telephone Help and offcourse a brand new and clean car with Air Condition, Air Bags, ABS (Braking Assistant) and Radio CD
What about car delivery and pickup ?
We can deliver and pickup your car anywhere you want (in Crete) for free. Included Heraklion, Chania, Ierapetra, Rethimnon, Agios Nikolaos, Amoudara, Malia, Hersonissos, All Airports, ferry ports, bus stations and hotels.
What about car safety ?
All cars are brand new with at least 4 stars at EURO NCAP with Air Bags and ABS system with EBD. All cars are in excellent condition and checked carefully before hire by our mechanics and safety assistant.
What about my kids safety ?
Your child's safety is our first priority. We will give you for free one of the best Baby Seat in the Market.
How can i pay ?
You will pay at the delivery. Fill free to pay with cash or with your credit card.
When i must return the car?
You must return the car before the return date & time. We will give you an extra 30 minutes of free hire. After 30 minutes you will charged an extra fee.
Can i hire a car for one or two days ?
Yes you can but you will not have Unlimited KM. The best option is for 3 days at least.
What if i need help after the car delivery ?
When we deliver the car we will give you the personal phone number of our Assistant. You can call him any time you want help with your car.
Do you offer Tank Service ?
Yes but is charged extra and price depents about gasoline price at the moment of delivery. We will give you the car with a minimum tank and you must return with the same gasoline in the tank. Note that gasoline price in crete is about 1.10 - 1.30 euro / litre. (Please contact us for more information)
What about Insurance ?
We offer full Insurace includes : CDW, WUG, TW , 2nd driver and passengers insurance. Plus 24h support and road assistant. Note that the drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving licence.
